Private Duty Aides LLC provides non-medical home care services in the state of Connecticut. Our services include companion care, personal care, dementia care, respite care, live-in care, and post-hospital care. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical diagnosis, or treatment.

2. SMS / Text Message Communications

SMS Program Description: By submitting your phone number through any form on our website or verbally consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Private Duty Aides LLC regarding your care inquiry, appointment scheduling, service updates, and related communications.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages from us.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@privatedutyaides.com.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of receiving our services.
  • Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, and most major U.S. carriers. Carrier liability is not assumed.
