Yes. We're private pay only, which means families pay us directly and we don't bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. That gives us more flexibility in how we match caregivers, how quickly we start, and how we adjust care when your needs change. You'll get an invoice from us, and you're welcome to submit it to your long-term care insurance if you have a policy that reimburses for home care.
